Food That You Can Eat Without Worrying About Getting Fat
At times it is so difficult to not think about food especially when you are on a strict diet. Staying hungry is not a very good idea because then you tend to eat unhealthy.

1. Celery : Almost 95% of celery is water and it is also very rich in vitamin K. It is advisable to eat it when it’s fresh and within a span of five days of cutting as it is loses most of its useful properties

You can have egg whites as much as you want as it helps you to keep full for a long time. If you are on diet avoid tossing it in oil.
3. Salad Leaves :
Salad leaves are packed with Vitamins A and C as well as folic acid and iron. And its consumption in large quantities won’t make you gain weight as it almost has no calories,
4. Cucumbers :
Cucumbers also contain an equal amount of water as celery. The skin of a cucumber is rich in Beta-Carotene which particularly good for eyes. So it is better not to peel them but only if they are organic.
5. Cauliflower :
Cauliflower is an excellent source of Vitamin C and K. It is more nutritious when eaten raw.
6. Tomatoes :
Tomatoes are rich in Lycopene, Vitamin A,C and B2, Folic Acid, Fibre, Chromium and Potassium. They provide us with various nutrients vital for our health and also helps fight against chronic diseases.
